#معسكر_اعداد_القادة
بدأ المعسكر اليوم الاثنين الموافق ٧ / ٢ / ٢٠٢٢ بطابور الصباح من الساعة ٧ الي الساعة ٨ صباحا بقيادة القائد عمر والدكتور محمد شريف معيد بكلية التربية الرياضية ثم وجبة الإفطار تلاها طابور العلم من الساعة ٩ الي ١٠ صباحا وتحدث الدكتور أحمد شريت شارحا تفاصيل المعسكر فهو دعوة موجهة من إتحاد طلاب الجامعة لتنظيم برنامج مستمر لإعداد القادة تحت شعار قادة من أجل مصر وهو دورتين كل دورة ١٥٠ طالب وطالبة وتم التسجيل عن طريق الفورم وتقدم ١٢٠٠ طالب وطالبة تم التصفية منهم واختيار ٣٠٠ طالب وطالبة عن طريق انترفيو وذلك خلال فترة إجازة نصف العام .
واوضح أن من أهداف المعسكر الأساسية هو الاهتمام بقادة المستقبل عن طريق محاضرات متخصصة تناقش العديد من الموضوعات الهامة والمفيدة الي جانب إعداد الطالب بدنيا صباحاً وتقوية الولاء والانتماء في طابور العلم ثم نختتم اليوم بأسمار وبرامج ثقافية واجتماعية ورياضية حتي الساعة ١٠ مساءا برنامج متكامل حرصت جامعتنا العريقة علي تنفيذه بصورة مفيدة لطلابنا وإقامة كاملة في المدينة الجامعية وأشرف علي ذلك باهتمام الأستاذ عز المنصوري ومتابعة دائمة ومستمرة من الاستاذ الدكتور طارق الجمال والاستاذ الدكتور شحاتة غريب حرصاً منهم علي مصلحة قادة وشباب مستقبل مصر .
ثم قام الأستاذ الدكتور إبراهيم حسين بكلية التربية الرياضية بإلقاء محاضرة غاية في الأهمية عن كيف تكون قائد ناجح !؟ و أشاد باهتمام قيادات الجامعة بالقيادات الشابة الصاعدة وإعداد قيادات الصف الثاني والثالث والرابع
فجامعة أسيوط جامعة عريقة بها العديد من الكوادر المتميزة علي المستوي العلمي والمستوي المهني في جميع المجالات المختلفة . وحرص في محاضرته علي تعليم قادة المستقبل معالجة أحدي المشكلات التي ستواجههم في سوق العمل وهو عدم وجود قيادات لسد حاجات العمل خلال الفترة المستقبلية حيث حث رئيس الجمهورية وقادات الدولة علي التوجه إلي تأهيل الشباب للعمل في السوق المناسب لمواهبهم وإمكانياتهم لخلق قيادات شابة في المستقبل ومحاولة تزويد الطالب بالخبرات والمهارات القيادية للعمل بشكل إيجابي لتحقيق أهدافه بمثالية .

#Leadership_Preparation_Camp
The camp started today, Monday, February 7, 2022, with the morning queue from 7 to 8 am, led by Commander Omar and Dr. Muhammad Sharif, teaching assistant at the Faculty of Physical Education, then breakfast, followed by the flag queue from 9 to 10 am. Directed by the University Students’ Union to organize a continuous program for preparing leaders under the slogan “Leaders for Egypt”, which is two sessions, each session is 150 male and female students, and registration was done through the form.
He explained that one of the main objectives of the camp is to take care of future leaders through specialized lectures that discuss many important and useful topics, in addition to preparing the student physically in the morning and strengthening loyalty and belonging in the science queue. Implementing it in a beneficial way for our students and a full residence in the university city. It was supervised by the interest of Professor Ezz Al-Mansoori and the permanent and continuous follow-up of Professor Dr. Tarek El-Gamal and Professor Dr. Shehata Gharib, in their concern for the interest of the leaders and youth of Egypt’s future.
Then Professor Dr. Ibrahim Hussein at the Faculty of Physical Education gave a very important lecture on how to be a successful leader!? He praised the university leaders’ interest in the emerging young leaders and the preparation of second, third and fourth grade leaders
Assiut University is a prestigious university with many distinguished cadres at the scientific and professional levels in all different fields. In his lecture, he was keen to teach future leaders to address one of the problems that they will face in the labor market, which is the lack of leaders to meet the needs of work during the future period. Experience and leadership skills positive to achieve its goals ideally .
